& video production.
A cassette player. A restaurant window.
A shared look. A familiar chorus.
The idea was to introduce El Bailoteo through small, playful stories about music and friendship. Ordinary situations become little performances: someone presses play, a friend starts dancing, a quiet moment turns into a shared joke.
Each film has its own setup and payoff. Together, they build the same world: relaxed, colourful and a little unexpected. An invitation to feel the party before getting there.

The creative direction / Wijck Groningen
The entire campaign was filmed at Wijck Groningen, the venue for El Bailoteo. Its different spaces became the settings for the stories. Retro props, denim and colour contrast give the series a shared identity. Some moments are personal; others unfold between friends. The karaoke film also carries a specific announcement: the venue's karaoke rooms would be open during the party.

Watch with sound.
A girl presses play on a retro cassette player, puts on her headphones and starts dancing. A private moment, completely carried by the music.
Two people sit in a restaurant. Outside, a girl passing by stops to dance to Brazilian funk in front of the camera. They carry on, indifferent, while she loses herself in the music — completely in her own world, enjoying every beat without disturbing anyone.
The camera moves between two laughing friends. When it returns, one expression has changed. The next move reveals why: a friend offering a shot of tequila.
Created to announce that Wijck Groningen's karaoke rooms would be open during El Bailoteo. A girl sings in the pink-red room and her friends join in, giving the announcement the same playful spirit as the rest of the campaign.
